III. Records detailing the reasons for the delay in the allocation of the houses, including budgetary and logistical restraints;
IV. Systems used to track allocation of the houses;
V. Any other relevant record.
5. Records for all or any records relating to Jabulani Mall in Soweto relating to the 30% corporate social. Records must include but not be limited to;
I. An outline of how the 30 % corporate social responsibility was considered and applied to the community of Orlando East Zola.
II. This must include a list of people or organisations that benefited from the 30% social responsibility.

1. Details of how many people attended the various public consultation meetings, broken down according to each regional summit;
2. All and any minutes, notes, resolutions, agreements, recorded during the consultation process, broken down as per regional summit;
3. Any subsequent meeting minutes or notes by the City of Johannesburg to collate the information collected during the public consultations and the manner in which the public consultations were incorporated into the final decision;
4. Any other record illustrating the processes and procedures taken by the City of Johannesburg resulting in the increase in tariffs.
